If within 30 days of receipt of your purchase you decide you are not satisfied with it you may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange. On receipt of the returned item we will arrange to credit your credit or debit card within 72 hours.

Pro Bird Delivery:
To ensure that our seed is always fresh we make our mixes in small batches on a regular basis. We make every effort to keep our full range of mixes in stock but in the unlikely situation that we are unable to ship your full order from stock we will contact you with a anticipated delivery date and arrange to either part ship your order now or await your full order.
No payment will be taken from your card until we have your order in stock and are ready to ship it to you.
Orders are dispatched by national carriers on a 2/3 day service. Prices are in pound sterling and inclusive of VAT but excluding delivery.
